馮繼勇，男，漢族，1969年出生。就讀于東北重型機(jī)械學(xué)院（現(xiàn)燕山大學(xué)）工業(yè)電氣自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)，在校期間，擔(dān)任校學(xué)生總會(huì)主席、市學(xué)聯(lián)主席、市青聯(lián)副主席、省學(xué)聯(lián)副主席等職務(wù)。
　　現(xiàn)任職務(wù)：龍健集團(tuán)董事局副主席，杭州維峰電子科技有限公司CEO,廣州市埃威姆電子科技有限公司董事長(zhǎng)，
　　1992年9月畢業(yè)于燕山大學(xué)后在哈爾濱理工大學(xué)做教師工作；
　　1993年3月辭去職務(wù)南下深圳，于4月就職于IAG；
　　1994年6月謝絕IAG的高薪挽留，回到家鄉(xiāng)開(kāi)始創(chuàng)業(yè)；
　　1994年9月創(chuàng)立了包括本人在內(nèi)的兩名員工24平米營(yíng)業(yè)面積的小店；
　　1995-2000年先后成立了黑龍江省天河旗艦燈光音響有限公司；黑龍江省天河偉業(yè)智能樓宇工程公司；黑龍江省天河通用智能音視頻公司；沈陽(yáng)艾維聲光有限公司；
　　2000年之后創(chuàng)立了廣州格雷士電子、哈爾濱天河、深圳億徳、杭州維峰等十余家行業(yè)知名企業(yè)。
　　2002年以上述公司為基礎(chǔ)組建天河集團(tuán)，集團(tuán)所屬企業(yè)陸續(xù)取得Peavey（百威）、Crest Audio（高峰）、KV2等世界著名品牌中國(guó)大陸及港澳地區(qū)總代理權(quán)。并創(chuàng)建了AVMedia、Motivity、Soundpower等國(guó)內(nèi)知名品牌。員工400余人，產(chǎn)值兩億余元，取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。
　　2008年創(chuàng)立了以提供高質(zhì)音視頻產(chǎn)品及技術(shù)服務(wù)的廣州市埃威姆電子科技有限公司；
　　2009-2012年帶領(lǐng)埃威姆實(shí)現(xiàn)世界著名音響品牌在中國(guó)500%的增長(zhǎng)的，一度成為業(yè)界的神話(huà)。
　　2016年攜原天河集團(tuán)旗下所有企業(yè)與龍健集團(tuán)強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)手，組建新的龍健集團(tuán)，出任龍健集團(tuán)董事局副主席。
